This project consisted of an existing tilt-up concrete building that was converted to a corporate showroom for Minolta Headquarter. Openings cut into the South façade to let in natural light were protected with sunshades and the entry was reinforced with steel awning. Minolta requested that the building be clad in spandrel glass to make it appear to be a two story building but were convinced to instead to create a two-story lobby with clerestory windows.
